Ingredients:
1) 250g rice flour
2) 1 teaspoon turmeric
3) 2 tablespoons of chilli pieces
4) 1 ½ cup coconut cream
5) 1 egg
6) Oil for frying
Recipe:

Mix together in a large bowl all of the above ingredients. In a deep frying pan heat up the oil. Dip the kokis mold into the batter and carefully immerse the kokis mold into the hot oil. Fly till golden brown. Drain the excess oil from the kokis and serve.
