The discount will only be applied to one transaction per day/per card for each cardholder.
Softlogic GLOMARK holds overall authority to decide on fulfilling the order, if & when the management understands that the order is placed for commercial (re-sale or other) purpose, or any other reason.
If this condition is violated at any given transaction, Softlogic GLOMARK has sole discretion to decide on cancelling the order.

We are precluded by law from delivering any liquor items or meat items on (Full moon) poya holidays. Our delivery service may also not be available on certain mercantile holidays in Sri Lanka, which holidays are decided at our discretion. We deliver only within the cities as identified in the Site. Upon delivery of the goods, the person accepting the goods ordered must sign the copy of the invoice. Provided however items delivered as provided herein cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- Delivery of the items will be based on the availability of the item you have ordered and on the delivery location.
- Delivery period provided in our site will neither form a condition nor a warranty on the delivery period.

After confirming on an order with a payment the customer will not be able to change the items on the confirmed order at the point of pick up. In case of inability of picking up the order on the selected time slot customer will have to inform GLOMARK team via email or by contacting the customer care hotline.
- Pickup items of the items will be based on the availability of the item you have ordered and on the pick-up location.
- Unavailability of products will be informed to the customer by GLOMARK prior to pick up.
- Item amendments cannot take place after order confirmation unless the product is not available at GLOMARK.
- In occasions of order no picked-up GLOMARK will hold the orders for a period of 24hrs only after informing the customer.
