Garlic Bread
Pre-heat the oven to 350’. In a bowl Wisk together garlic, butter, olive oil & herbs until well combined to create a paste. Cut out the French bread according to your preference and rub the paste generously ensuring the bred is covered well. Foil wrap the bread and place in the oven for 10mins.
Steak
Place the steak of a wire wrack or baking tray. Fork or pond in the meat to ensure the fat is broken down. Drizzle in olive oil, steak sauce, salt and pepper. Ensure the mixture is well rubbed on both sides of the steak. Let the marinated meat sit for an hour before placing the same in the oven to cook. Depending on your personal choice, you may cook the meat for ½ hour to an hour (preference of medium rare to well done meat) plate up and enjoy.
