Ingredients:

1) 1 pack greens Carrot cake
2) 2/3 cup water
3) 1/3 cup Oil
4) 1 large egg.
5) 1/2 cup (65 grams) raisins/ cashew

For frosting

1) 1/2 cup cream cheese
2) 1 cup icing sugar
3) 1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe
 
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two 9-inch round cake pans and line the bottom with parchment paper then grease the top of the paper. Or, grease and flour the bottom and sides of both pans. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cake mix, water, oil, and egg. The batter should be smooth and lump free. Add in the raisins and give it a fold. Pour the batter in the pre prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. You would know the cake is ready if it springs back when you lightly press down at the center of the cake. Beat together in a separate bowl the crème cheese, icing sugar and vanilla and spread the frosting oven the cake once completely cooled down.
